The condo was very clean and updated! The beach was just a short walk away. Plenty of parking. The pool was nice. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not cool enough. We had to run the ceiling fans and an additional fan to keep it cool enough to sleep.

This place was perfect for my family of 6 to stay in. When we arrived there was a person there double checking that everything was clean and in working order and we didn't have any issues. Everything was very clean and organized. The bathrooms provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, hotel size shampoo and soap, and plenty of towels and washcloths for all. The kitchen provided a small bottle of dish liquid, one use dishwasher powder and one use laundry powder. There were plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking supplies provided. The water pressure is amazing! There was a regular coffee maker and also a keurig. There's also a toaster and some other kitchen accessories that we didn't use. The oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and sink all worked well. There's a stacked washer and dryer in the main bathroom, it's up to date and works well. The dining table seats 6 very comfortably, you could definitely add chairs. There's 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed, 1 bedroom with a twin bed and a double bed, and 1 bedroom with a king that also has its own bathroom. All bedrooms have tvs in them and there's a tv in the living room. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space and dressers also. We were comfortable and happy the whole time we were there. The beach is literally steps out the door. You can't see the water from the room but we didn't mind since it still is practically the front yard. It was convenient for kids that want to run back inside for a snack or to the bathroom or whatever. There's an outside shower and spigot to wash sand off. The beach was never super crowded in the area. The place is still close by to most popular places, we drove to Medieval Times and Broadway at the Beach and other places no problem. The parking lot was never crowded, we never had trouble finding a place to park. There's nothing I can really complain about but I can mention one little mishap. Our second day there the air conditioning went out. The host was very quick to respond and had someone out to fix it in no time. So, I can't really complain about that because they did a great job at fixing our problem.
